We imported this top of the line Coachman caravan for a single, non smoking lady who after loving it for the past year and a half, has now decided to upsize this caravan.

It has not been used on the road at all in the past 18mths as has been sited at a caravan park in Paeroa (also location for viewing)

4 berth with large island bed, providing massive storage underneath.

Bathroom is between kitchen and bedroom with toilet and vanity in one side and shower in its own area on the other, can be treated like an ensuite with connecting doors for maximum privacy.

Well equipped kitchen with hot and cold running water heated by gas or 240 v mains power, 3 way fridge, gas or electric heater, stereo and speakers throughout, gas oven and hob. 3 speed 2 way ceiling fan for ventilation.

Lounge converts to a large bed or can remain as 2 couches for seating.

Great condition with not many bumps or scratches for its age.

Double glazed windows all intact. Blinds, insect screens and curtains on all windows and there is no damp.

Skylights for natural lighting.

All caravans come with the required accessories to hook up and go, water pump and 40 liter fresh water barrel, 40 liter waste water tank, caravan site power lead, corner steady winder, step, battery.

All our caravans come with new electrical conversion required RCD and sockets as well as a 4 year certificate of compliance.

Gas compliance certification and gas appliance endorsement check and certification.

New VTNZ warrant plus registration just prior to port pick up and last for 12 months from that date.

All caravans are cris checked and cleared overseas for money owing and theft registration.

All caravans have 3 month warranty on appliances unless otherwise stated and agreed upon.
Any caravan deposit or full payment prepaid is 100% refundable if on arrival the caravan is not as described, has mayjor defects that interfere with the funtionality of the caravan and cannot be fixed, any wood rot or longterm water ingress problem that cannot be remedied, any major issues where remedy is not possible, we reserve the right to refund instead of repair if any repair expense will exceed any margins allowed for in the agreed price unless the customer agrees to negotiate to pay part or all of the repair bill by negotiation.

IMPORTANT: Any refund is only for money paid and is not able, in any way to accrue interest, or compensation, any discounts given on caravan prices for upfront payments are not refundable or redeemable under any circumstances.

Depending on available stock at my(directors)discrection, I may be able to offer a different caravan and apply similar amount of discount as if prepaid should there be issues with the ordered caravan and wish to purchase an alternative. My goal will always be to make you happy with your purchase and the process of purchasing directly from the UK.

There is the possibility of a refund if you change your mind about the caravan but would also be a case by case basis, just enquire as soon as you can to discuss options - I am not obligated to refund on this basis.

Small cosmetic nicks and dings that do not interfere with functions of the caravan are not something that is considered a defect as there is to be a certain amount of waer and tear with any used caravan, please look closely at any photos supplied. Please also remember different computers display colors of photos differently depending on settings, so this may cause the apperance to vary slightly from actual color of item.

All caravans are insured from depot in the UK to my caravan depot in Katikati, if prepaid you will need to put onto your own comprehensive policy while we have it to complete certs etc.

Any balance owing on caravans as per individual negotiation are required to be paid 100% in full on or before the agreed day. The port charges $100 dollars per day for caravans not collected and this will be invoiced to the purchaser if for late payment. Please advise well in advance if any issues with making final payments to see if something can be arranged to avoid any penalty storage/port charges.

Shipping takes place from a depot near Felixstowe where it is loaded into the 40 ft HC container (load photos supplied) and transported to Felixstowe Port in the Uk, you will be given the container tracking number to keep an eye on progress as it takes the 6-8 week journey by ocean stopping in Singapore to often change vessel and then on to Tauranga port where we then collect it and have it taken to our business address in Katikati, all prepaid caravans can be viewed from this point on at an agreed appointment time.

Certs and compliance will then take between 5 days to 3 weeks depending on additional installs like solar and inspection certs for self containment etc.

We can deliver your caravan and set up which we will do a full handover and show you all the operational aspects of the caravan - there will be a delivery charge - collection and handover from our site is free of charge - please remember you will need the correct tow ball on your car which is a high rise(quite a bit longer than standard)50 mm tow ball, this is required to safetly tow your caravan and will not be able to be towed without one, we do have some here but prefer you arrange one fitted prior to collecting as they can be siezed on and also there are varying size thread on tow tongues that pop up from time to time. Would hate to cause dissappointment by not having the right size.

You will be sent load photos, shipped on board documents and arrival notices as they happen to keep you well informed along the way!
